The gîte is available for rent from May to the end of October.
Prices vary depending on the season and are clearly displayed when you select your stay, end-of-stay cleaning is included.
Our rates are set across three seasons:
Low Season
May & September to end of October – A wonderful time to enjoy quieter villages, pleasant temperatures, and peaceful countryside.
Mid Season
June – Ideal for warm days, long evenings, and enjoying the pool before the peak summer rush.
High Season
Late June to end of August – Perfect for summer holidays, with hot days, lively markets, and the pool in full use.

Changeover Day & Length of Stay
- Standard changeover day is Saturday to Saturday
- During peak periods, bookings are usually for 7 or 14 nights
- Check in after 4pm / Check out by 10am
Outside of peak season, shorter or flexible stays may be possible by arrangement, depending on availability and changeover requirements, contact us for more information.

What’s Included in the Price?
- Accommodation for up to 7 guests
- Bed linen and bathroom towels
- End-of-stay cleaning included
- Use of all amenities, including the pool, outdoor areas, and games
There are no hidden cleaning fees added after booking.
Tourist Tax
In line with local regulations, a tourist tax is payable in addition to the rental price: € 2.50 per person, per night. Applies to guests aged 18 and over only. This is calculated separately from the rental cost.
